PETA is a collection of idiots with an undeserved sence of morally superiority.  They are unable to understand what a personal preferance is.

PETA is counter intuitive

they tried to protest against pet ownership in belief that it is a form of slavery and in demonstration they tried to free animals from a pet store by setting it on fire with the pets still inside it

Getting the UN's attention, will eventually solve it.
