A Mexican restaurant in my town has the best arroz con pollo (Spanish for chicken and rice) I've ever eaten. It's way better than any taco I've had. It's got all these grilled tomatoes, peppers, onions, and whatnot and is drenched in a white cheese sauce that has the perfect amount of spiciness.
