Off Topic / Might of clicked a phishing link (kinda)

So 2 people posted the same message on my profile. I right clicked one and clicked "view source" it came up with a .tmp in notepad. I'm no technical genius, but will this RAT or infect me? Hopefully not

Games / Fallout:New Vegas not starting (solved)

So today I decided to dust off my F:NV and play it. I bought a few DLC packs for it before starting. However, when i attempt to start it this message pops up:

Not sure what causes it, so I could use some help.
The DLCs I have enabled:

The mods I have enabled:


Anyone got a diagnosis?

EDIT: I have tried removing all my mods and yet nothing. I also tried verifying my files and it said it was fine. I'm gonna try
uninstalling and reinstalling.

so, a little backstory

around thanksgiving last year, i broke my wrist in two places. i had to get a cast for about 2 months. however, because the arm didnt set straight, around mid december, i had to get a "closed reduction" (what ever that is) and a longer cast, plus 3 more weeks added to keep cast on.

about 2-3 weeks ago, i got a shorter cast, which was a relief. Then, just a few days ago, i got a nice removable brace, which i can remove to shower and stuff.

so yeah thats it. you guys ever broke stuff?

EDIT: Cuz imgur wouldnt let me upload my own pic, i had to upload another. This is probably the exact same thing as the one i have, so no worries!

Off Topic / Mouse acting weird

It's really weird. Whenever I'm typing something, it just snaps to somewhere else in the text and makes me type the word there, which is annoying as hell.

But, with my other mouse, it's just fine. It's this one that has problems.

Help? (btw, this problem happened twice while i was typing this.)

Just a small one. We're not sure what caused the fire,  but we think its just a rogue candle.

Unfortunately,  one of my dogs was in a cage a few feet from the fire and couldn't get away from the fire.  He only had some smoke inhalation.  I'm still waiting for a call from vet.

That's kinda it.  (Hopefully) I don't have to go to school.

But yeah, so have any of you ever had a fire?
