Updated, lots of quality of life improvements

+rewrote the add/change button on profiles so it will now work for every single name even with weird characters
+make compatible with steve's bad name detection blocker script
+auto removes entries with blank names/blank tags
+add/change nametag button opens user settings in new tab

Doing an update for real now
So far:

This seems interesting, but it really needs to be centralized instead of client-sided, as there isn't much point otherwise. After all, the tags mean nothing unless everyone sees them, except to track alternate accounts. It would be more useful if people could change names here, but that's not an option.

no this should not be centralized, it was made for people to remember who other people were since people like, me have a hard time remembering names

Usernames with unicode will forget up the "Add Nametag" button. Tried with Mr.Noßody.

it would have to send a request to each user's profile everytime you saw them posting it wouldn't be practical from a client sided perspective
