average human click speed is 8 per second
18000 / 8 = 2250 secs = around 38 minutres

The website freaked out and whenever you click to install something you are directed to a error screen.
Edit: It doesn't happen under certain categories like AI.

thank you for bringing that to my attention, I had accidently updated the wrong file earlier and not the actual release file
