A huge gamemode that with a heavy heart I'll probably never finish, have fun ripping the assets and content apart
includes smoothly moving map pieces, advance weapon content, chains (buggy), stuffloads of stuff never done before

372kb of code (about 13,500 lines of code)
14.7mb of sound
3.6mb of models/textures

utilizes selective ghosting and a modified version of movehandler, although i dont think that dll is very important

I don't really feel like uploading videos of all the stuff but its pretty cool if you wanna take a look, a bit of coding knowledge might be required to set everything up, if someone wants to make some video and stuff feel free to

Be warned the code is a mess
to play youll have to set someone as simon with setSimon(%cl); and reset the minigame or something like that

I understand that but you already cant add accents to said hats in the avatar GUI anyways

kinda offtopic:  i never understood why badspot left the pirate hat with no plume accents
even if you can't add them in the gui that doesn't mean someone who isn't savy with code can manually send fudged data to get accents on improper hats. its there for a reason.

this is checking the position of a string within a string, if the string $accent[%cl.accent] does not exist within $accentsAllowed[$hat[%cl.hat]] then it will return -1 setting it to > 0 would cause the opposite effect to happen and if the unless the string appeared at position 0, which it will not because all $accentAllowed variables start with "none" which won't be checked anyway since the added check is imposed in

this is what was causing the console error because I hadn't realized that all the accentsAllowed also included the "none" word which caused it to attempt to unhide that node

the added checks for %cl.hat %cl.pack etc were unnecessary

its all fixed

the thing that was causing the issue all along was the accent, fixed now
headskin will be set properly it wasn't working because when the player is added there is never a call to unhiding the headskin node because by default its already visible

I spawned without a headskin node - restoring my appearance made it reappear, wtf

Someone dies with a blue shirt they 'bought' and now they have the default starter avatar (or team uniform) but want their blue shirt back?
this add-on handles things per player not per client, if the player dies the saved avatar is gone

Now I'm just wondering if you are you going to add the "revised" events soldier added to the original mod since this topic is using an outdated version?
as far as I'm concerned these are extended events and theres no point in including them in my addon since they are niche
