I downloaded the mission editor, and I either put it in the wrong place, or it doesn't like me. How do you get the editor to work?

I want to be able to move from a dead stop and have tigher turning on the skis. (more like a skateboard) if anyone knows how to do this, would be very useful. thanx!

mmmk so i was on wii's server and you could put
$messagesent \c#(and the what you want)  but i cant have it a color it puts exactly what you type, how do i get colors??
