I don't give kudos to the people who destroys something I worked so hard on.  Simple scenario;

A young boy builds a tall sand castle that took him a lot of time and effort on the beach, while a bunch of idiotic teens plan to destroy it.

I personally think the new design is EPIC, considering it will be taller then the motherloving empire state building.
It's going to be the new highest point of NYC, how freaky!

The first WTC were taller then the Empire State Building..

I don't find anything unique about this building besides its height.  Such as the Twin Towers, they were two towers that looked similar, that caught the eye easily and was remembered.  This is like tossing another structure into the sea of concrete.

I don't think people understand how non-permanent the human race is. Even if we manage to win the game and survive to what, the year 3,000,000,000, all of the stars in the universe will eventually burn out, and as we sit, huddled next to the last burning star, harvesting as much heat and light as we can, the human race will come to an end.

I don't think we would possibly make it until then.

The thing about the contract was to appease Notch's Lawyers, so they have THE ABILITY to charge for an update. It doesn't mean there WILL be, it's a "just-in-case" thing.
