It's pretty cool. Mr. big tuff guy like me is more partial to Arnis and Muay Thai, hard strikes and initiative moves, but the skills learned from Aikido are useful; fluidity, recovery, and reaction to name some.Do you still have a link to your thread about your days work of work-outs?
