I think that "save a copy in my outbox" option when you send a PM used to be strictly opt-in back in the day if I'm remembering right. Maybe badspot wanted to save on server space or something lol

This world is a loving mind forget. It was like yesterday we (THE INTERNET) were fighting republicans for net neutrality.

that's american politics for you: no one's operating on any concrete set of principles, so they're all free to reconfigure their stances at a moment's notice to whatever is most convenient for them at that point in time. once that stance becomes recognized as one party's tenet, the other party just as quickly jumps to the contrarian position out of obligation to preserve the purity of its identity, because there's no point to the political binary everything is set up to perpetuate if the two parties start to resemble each other.
remember early on just before the pandemic was official, when the idea of a dangerous virus emerging in china and spreading across the globe was written off as a right wing conspiracy, and liberal media personalities were saying there's nothing to worry about because it's all baseless tribal hogwash? i've still got whiplash from how quickly things did a 180 from there.

Check out Love God, it's the most delightfully deranged piece of hyper-stylized 90s cinema you'll ever see. It did a film festival tour back in 1997 and then completely fell off the face of the earth; I'm pretty sure the only way it can be watched nowadays is through a sparse few online uploads (this is the best one I've found) or by getting in touch with the director himself and asking him to email you a copy (which he apparently will happily oblige)

I used to repeatedly get outer ear infections in my right ear from water getting deep in my ear cbrown town and creating the ideal environment for bacteria to grow and become a problem; now I'm extremely obsessive about keeping my ear cbrown towns dry. In each of my ears I very gently use one of those dust blowers photographers have to get dust off their lenses until the air they blow doesn't feel cold anymore; for times when I don't have the time to do that, I pour a bit of 70% isopropyl alcohol in my ears to help facilitate the evaporation of whatever water has gotten in (though I don't know how safe this is to actually do, I can't imagine having alcohol against your eardrum is very good)

Did you try swabbing it with a Q-tip? Seems like they would soak up a lot of that moisture

The problem is that the moisture is very deep in the ear cbrown town, so deep that there would be a concern of accidentally puncturing the eardrum when using a q-tip.

lol i remember ages ago when i replied to someone with a stuffpost implying that people who prefer girls with small tits and shaved pussies are latent child enthusiasts and bisjac came in and got defensive over it. good times

and otis and v-whatever were just. established child enthusiasts. lol. god what a website to have grown up on

i thought vertzer either disappeared or got banned pretty quickly after all that came out. i do remember otis establishing himself as the forum's ethical™ non-practicing child enthusiast or something like that though and actually being the one who outed vertzer in the first place; in a weird way i ended up with a bit of respect for him from that whole stuffshow. haven't seen activity from him in a while, hope he's been able to resist his demons wherever he is.
