I don't exactly remember what the diet was, any recommendations?
lowering your sodium intake is the main thing to do for high blood pressure iirc. don't salt your food as much as usual and stay away from things like chips etc. if you eat a lot of instant ramen drop it asap because those stuffs have like 50% the recommended amount of daily sodium for an adult per serving i am not kidding it's ridiculous.

One of the questions was why wearing socks or underwear leaves an imprint on my body.  I skimmed through google and the most common thing I saw was high blood pressure.
symptom: articles of clothing leaving imprints in skin
most likely cause: clothes are too loving tight high blood pressure

Damn. I did not think I would get an answer like that. Hm
miss me with that sarcasm because you can't accept the truth that living in the middle of the otherwise uninhabited wilderness on some real kaczynski brother stuff is the only true way to live.

Trying to use Linux as my main OS now; going to try and keep my desktop from turning into a disaster like what happened on my Windows 7 machine.

Recently watched Welcome to the N.H.K, it was depressing as stuff.
I re-watched it last year back in October. When I first watched it I was in my young teens and didn't get most of it, so the fact that I understood it all the second time around and identified with the main character to a worrying degree really showed me just how much I've deteriorated as a person since I was 14 years old. Made the experience of watching it that much more depressing. 10/10 would recommend.

Ordered these parts to do a partial rebuild of my 6 year old system. on a scale of "no" to "full" how handicap did i go with this selection of components? didn't really forget around much with determining optimal price/performance hardware choices because my current system is on its last legs and i'll need a replacement asap

Not sure if this is the right thread to be posting in, But I was recently going on a nostalgia trip through old files, and noticed that the oldest file on my computer is from July 14th, 2009. I'm quite sure we haven't ever opened up the computer, so that means there's 9+ years of dust on the inside of my computer.

God help me
Dust is fairly easy to take care of, just open the case up outside and blast the inside of it with compressed air and you'll be done in no-time.
