What details from the PSU should I be comparing to my current components, and the GTX 660 Ti to make sure it's compatible? The SATA Power Connectors? The PCI-E Connectors? What?
It depends on the connectors your mainboard and other components/peripherals require. For example, say I have a computer with 2 SATA hard drives, a video card that requires an 8-pin and 6-pin PCIe connector, an IDE optical drive, and a 24-pin motherboard with 8-pin CPU connectors. I would need a power supply with at least 2 SATA power connectors, a 6+2-pin/8-pin and 6+2-pin/6-pin PCIe connector, a Molex connector, a 20+4-pin/24-pin connector, and an 8-pin/4+4-pin CPU power connector.
It's all really dependent on your setup. Any power supply (as long as it's decent quality) with sufficient connectors will do.

his current setup won't bottleneck a 660 Ti at all

It looks like its from 2005.
With those IDE connectors inside, I wouldn't doubt it.

most power supplies are most efficient at 80%, which is what you're at now on load (assuming)
it will work perfectly fine, but it won't be as efficient.

And ya, 120GB Corsair Neutron SSD, 2x Western Digital 1TB 7200RPM Drives. Love them. :)
...if you have two drives why the forget don't you have them in RAID0

CPU: AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+ 3.1GHz OC'd to 3.5 on load
RAM: 3GB DDR2 667MHz
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7200.1 ATA-6 40GB and WD Caviar SE 160GB SATA
GPU: NVIDIA Geforce GT 220

I got my Raspberry Pi. :)
I don't like the default OS though. The GUI is just gross feeling.
lol LXDE
don't get me wrong, it can look awesome with some adjustments, but XFCE would probably be better on it.

i couldnt select the safe mode option because the arrow keys didnt work in the bios for some reason
NTLDR ≠ BIOS Setup
ensure the keyboard is properly connected and your BIOS is recognizing it as a keyboard

Where do i check if my Battery is Okay?
in the BIOS
press F2 when your computer is starting and look for "Battery Health"
if it says there's no battery or the battery is almost dead you should probably get a new one
