Well i can tell you my processor. How would one find the core clock?

AMD FX 6120 Six Core Processor

By core clock, I meant CPU speed.
your processor isn't weak enough to bottleneck the wifi card (i have this issue with a laptop)
are your WiFi drivers updated? can you connect to another AP and work perfectly fine? do any other wireless devices connected to the same AP experience this problem as well?

Wireless. How would i tell the next thing you asked?

typically you should be able to tell by opening the windows zero configuration (windows wireless configuration) and hold your mouse over the AP you're connected to
it should say "802.11 type" or similar, being either N, G, B, or A.
and knowing what the rest of your hardware is would definitely help
