Whenever I attempt to load the Wubi installation page it times out, as well as going through the actual Linux site.
Is there any reason for this, are the Windows installers still supported?

When you attempt to install it from the LiveCD or Install DVD, it will ask you if you want to install it along Windows/BSD/OSX/Other distro

Call your ISP and say there's an "IP conflict" apparently and they'll change your IP
