That's a somewhat silly ban, but I'm surprised it's permanent. I suppose Badspot doesn't like him then? The Mouse Droidz guy is still around, after all.

Considering how many times kilser was banned before that, it's not really surprising.

Windows 98 is completely backwards compatible with DOS, 3.1, and 95. You should be OK if you install Windows 98.
