The mounting brackets for both 1155 and 1156 are identical so any CPU heatsink built for 1156 will fit in 1155.
It just means it's not supported by the company but it should still fit.

No, they don't. Clearly you turned off your DHCP leasing, as it keeps each devices IP the same unless it's turned off or disconnected for the leasing period, which by default is 72 hours. Lern2network

The only problem that I have ever heard of was apparently some kid opened all the ports in his router and completely crashed ISP. (As told by one of the tech guys that came out to fix stuff at my house)

No idea how the forget that would work though.
