I don't get it I can run shaders on all other games I have (and it looks awesome) but I cant run it on blockland

That's because those other games are likely using DirectX (which most companies prioritize compatability with) instead of OpenGL. Either way, your hardware is too old to run them well, even on low.

Production value is lacking in comparison to other christmas specials. Instead of one continuous ~20 minute video, he splits it into 12 different 3 or 4 minute videos. Very disappointed.

lern 2 punish those moves then. it sounds difficult but it's easier than picking up a new character. adjusting to the match-up and reading someone's play style is key to success in smash

Drivers nowadays want you to install their stuffty bloatware, so that could probably be a contributing reason. Run System Restore and try again.

Open Device Manager, right-click the device and click Properties, go to the driver tab and click "Update Driver".  Select to browse for a driver, and point it towards the "C:\NVIDIA" folder (after attempting to install the drivers from the installer.) It should be able to search and find the proper driver and install it.
