it does indeed block DDoS attacks.

I've never seen Norton itself successfully deny a DDoS attack. Most of this is done on an ISP level.

Whenever someone makes a big deal about leaving, chances are they'll be back within a month or less. Problem being nobody gives a forget because it's an endless cycle of them being handicapped, getting shunned by most of the community, they break rules, rinse and repeat.
