Sounds like a new motto.
But anyways, I believe everytime the server resets, there are 2 horses at random locations (likely in terrain repeats,) but they can be incredibly far away from Port Town, so buying a horse is better, as you can spawn it when you need it.

No, we would be better off with a bot at the moment.
But instead, it should be a time limit between words that make it not spamming, such as at least a quarter-hour before it doesn't count as spamming.
That would make it somewhat better.

I've experienced this problem in the past.
Reinstalling did the trick for me, it might be related to RTB, although I'm not %100 sure.
