The speed change is amazing. I was running at 24 FPS with DirectX, but now it's 30-60 FPS.

Yeah, I had an Nvidia GeForce2 MX400, it ran fine, although I can't rule out that I've not seen polygon corruption with it.
It usually happened when I hit 12< FPS. It also had trouble with OpenGL itself, at times.
All I did was update the drivers to get it working. Played at 752x480x60(16-bit) I think.

Because I only had a computer for the last bit of August because I had a Prepaid RuneScape Membership card.
It's been dead since Saturday.
