Also, if you wanted to, you could upgrade the cpu for about 20 bucks more and get the FX series (it's what I would do but I was trying to work with your budget)

The PSU is actally "too much (aka: no need for this much)" for the build. But I also get a tad extra in my build as a safe measure.

Well In that case the GPU could go up to a gtx 760 which is a really good card for the price.

It will start on a Thursday most likely. An easy way to tell which thursday it occurs on is when the mid week sale ends at 10am PST and not 4pm PST.
