Voltage should be of little concern at that point. There should not be any large risk of the processor frying because of undervoltage if you've increased it from an already stable amount.
If you were stable 4.2 @ 1.03, you're stable for a lot more if you increase it to 1.05.
But there isn't harm done in overvolting besides heat if you feel like it might fry.

My max at 100% load is 70 degrees (averages at around 66-68 on all 4 cores) with an ambient of 30 (85 Fahrenheit). I believe that it's still on the safe side as somone said a few pages back.

Processors aren't just going to quit like that.
Just yesterday I tried mine at 1.2 and it worked.

So i still have a ton of room to overclock (considering my temps stay down), right?

So i re-applied my thermal paste and changed my voltage so i get 1.052  at 100% load at 4.2 ghz. As it turns out, my overclock yesterday was not as stable as i thought and by changing the voltage it made it work better. I heard that anything under 1.2-1.3 on an i5 3570k is safe so at the moment, i think my overclock is in the safe zone. Hell, when i ran stock, voltage got to 1.048. Can someone confirm if the voltage is safe as a second opinion. I asked this question yesterday, but that was with a different voltage.

No he just told me on skype so I don't know if he's lying or not.

Then I would not take his word. He might be running at a lower resolution, like someone said earlier, or running lower settings.

I turned Vsync off and it was the same. I was just wondering if maybe my GPU was performing poorly or if there is a defect.

Then again he might be BSing since he just got his new computer yesterday and might just want to brag about it.

Wait, have you seen him use it with an fps counter?

It's easier for my to drive 9 and 3. I don't like 10 and 2 much.

preferably i would want someone who loves single player games lol. cuz i lack those.

I may not be an adult (only 16), but my library is decent and i don't even play some of the games.

u should lock it.I'd run Prime95 for at least 10-15 minutes to verify it works, exactly how long did it run?

It ran for 30 minutes.

Quick Question: So im testing my 3570k (OC 4.2ghz) in Prime 95 and my max voltage is 1.03V and my temperature after a few minutes is the mid-upper 60. Is the voltage safe for this stable overclock?

I would buy more games and keep the normal 3ds. Recently my brother bought the Fire Emblem 3DS because the PX did not have the xl. Although he wanted the XL at first, he really does not care and find the normal 3ds easily portable. He bought this.

If calling someone a friend is bad than why do they keep all of those stupid twerking videos up

friend is a derogatory term for people who are LGBT. Calling someone a monday is a slur towards black people and calling someone a friend is a slur towards LGBT people. What would you do if I called you "cracka", monday, or friend the whole time? The ban probably wont be forever, but you cant go out spitting slurs on facebook.
