id like to try out if this could be a thing. i've finished the most important rules and I think it's playable.

yes, it's entirely based on how civilization 5 works, of course, I don't want to hear about on how the GAME would work, but I'm interested on debating the mechanics, it's plus and minus.

Help / latency spikes while i'm the host

whenever i'm hosting a server I get around 30 latency. after 2 to 3 seconds, It raises to around 150 and immediatly goes down to 30. This causes a freeze to me and everyone in the server, which sucks.
I'm running RTB and oRBs on blockland, and I run it as a non-steam game (cus I use alts). I have no other CPU/Internet intensive application running on background.

Drama / Awesomer100 - Incompetency

The one known as Awesomer100 (45568) Just cleared all bricks before ragequitting on StarWarsBee's server, causing major build loss;
he was banned for his incompentency after.
Reason for this? This is an warning for the hosts who have him as admin, or for future reference if he gets admined.

something new to try? I'd really like to try these "cell shaded" textures around. I tried searching but I couldnt find a link. I tried getting on swollow's brick texture downloader but its a broken piece of stuff.

I have some weapon models lying around. me and khain were supposed to release a pack but khain went missing suddently for like 12 or so days, and I need to do something about them
i'm looking for a scripter and a secondary modeler to mess with MS3D/blender/etc and scale the model and put the joints in. i'm terrible with MS3D and blender, that's why I cant use them myself

Aparently its related to concave objects. does anyone know a fix?
EDIT: Khain used MS3D to export and put it into the game. not sure if blockland or ms3d's old crap.
