In the end of 2014, or start of 2015, I will begin working, and learning modeling/scripting, I have a paper of concepts of a game i'm planning to sell via steam.
features:

Voxel engine, fully destructable and deformable enviromment.
Nice shaders, physics, and soft particles, also Bokeh filter.
Vehicles, base construction and destruction
Ah, you can also cut stuff in 2.
Bokeh makes object in far away look blurry, out of focus.
Cartoonish graphics, similar to Planetary annihilation, but with a few textures.
How the game works?There will be 4 factions, the player can join a server with the faction he wants, choosen faction vs other, or random.
Unlockable of the weapons will be ingame, but global unlockables are more advanced, strong, etc.
50 ranks.
Start of a matchAll players will start with a small, prebuilt base. The commander, which I will explain later, will deploy Bots, or NPCs to help in combat/Building.
As the game progress, commander gets Resource Points, RP. He can use it to buy more structures.
He/she can win more if the team kills, destroys, or captures the other team's objects.
CommanderCommander is the leader of a faction, which can buy support bots/drones/mech/aircraft, and even giant artilhery cannons.
His/Her actions are:
Buy, Recycle, self destruct, Attack/Defend, UAV, AA support, Tactical missile, tank buster, small-large artilhery barrage, sattelite strike.
The actions excluding Recycle, Self Destruct and attack/defend cost RP.
The SoldierThe soldier, can select 4 classes: Assault, Enginner,Scout, Medic/Repair bot.
The soldier can buy new weapons in a match, as well with basic structures, such as a small radar, walls, and turrets.
Can as well order vehicle drops, but it can be intercepted by enemy planes/spaceships.
