Hey guys I'm back after a while. I've been spending most of my time earning enough labor tokens to set aside for things I want to buy and I'm finally in the situation to buy a 3DS. Should I go for the XL or the original? The original is $10 cheaper on amazon but in general I've heard about a lot of battery life improvements on the XL. What are your opinions?

Also, my current "games i'm going to buy at the same time" list is as so:

After finally defeating the Combine and retaking Earth, but facing the death of Alyx Vance and most of his other allies, Dr. Gordon Freeman decides to build a time machine with Dr. Kleiner and teleport through time back to a date a few months before the Black Mesa incident, and work to prevent the resonance cascade from happening. However, realizing the numerous workplace abuses committed and laws broken by Black Mesa in the name of profit, Gordon instead files a lawsuit against Black Mesa and enrolls in the federal Witness Protection Program, who give him a new identity, new name, new home and new history. After several months working as an adjunct professor in nuclear research at the University of New Mexico, the renamed Gordon becomes wracked with PTSD about his experience with the resonance cascade and instead abandons research entirely, and takes on a job as a chemistry teacher at a local, low-performing high school, JP Wynne High School in Albuquerque. Eventually he marries a bookkeeper and has a son with her who is unfortunately afflicted with cerebral palsy, and nearly twenty years after traveling back in time the renamed Gordon acquires lung cancer from exposure to dangerous amounts of radiation while traveling through teleports. In order to finance his treatments and keep his family in good standing with money, he teams up with an old student from JP Wynne to begin manufacturing crystal meth under the name of

Off Topic / Insomnia problem?

The last few nights I've only been able to sleep around 3 or even 4 in the morning, and then I only get 3 or 4 or so hours of sleep. Today I stayed home from school because it got so bad last night that I didn't fall asleep until 5:30ish, half an hour before I had to wake up. And it's not like I was doing anything in bed, just laying there desperately trying to get some sleep. Should I see a doctor or something?

I've always been curious how other people use third and first person. I switch between the two all the time depending on what I'm doing. If I'm building or aiming, I'm generally in first, but third when I'm driving a vehicle or anything else really

A fast-paced linear siege TDM. The robbers must capture first the parking lot of Blarby's, which opens the doors to the dining room. Then they must capture the dining room to open the doors to the kitchen, then capture the kitchen to reveal the key to the safe and capture the final point and get LODS OF EMONE. The vendors win if they can hold off the robbers for five minutes. The build is based off of my actual place of work.

Looking for alpha testers and possible admins! I hope to have the alpha up by next week. I will take 10 alpha testers on a first-come, first-served basis. Alpha testers will have priority status when it comes time to recruit admins.

When the alpha is ready, I will PM each alpha tester the night before the alpha is hosted with the server password.
