The first time I dipped I had Cope Wintergreen, I ended up puking, I loving hate wintergreen.

When teaching history, and interesting thing you should try (When you get to that point. Otherwise, observe in other teachers) is to connect current events to older happenings, and vice versa. In the sense of relation (Such as comparing two countries or people or concepts from different periods) and in the sense of a time-line (Such as showing major prerequisites to certain pieces of history, like how major companies formed and evolved into what they are today, or the beginning parts of one invention that inspired another.) History, really, is an amazing topic. Because it is never just one period. One piece of history has to do with everything that came before and everything that came after. c:

Agreed. I want to be the teacher that get's up and draws maps and situations on the board and show like for example troop movements and how they moved, not the type of teacher that writes names and dates on the board and expects you to memorize them.

There's not much to do at my school, and I'm trying to take everything I can according to history. Because I'll be going to college to be a history teacher. It's either that or loving wood shop. I would take some web design classes but that's what I go to this vocational school for Computer Information Science (Comp Inf 12).
