Modification Help / Milkshape Trans colors how?

I was wondering how do you make trans colors WORK IN GAME.
I know how to make them but when i tested my Weapon out it wasn't trans...
Why? Did i do something wrong when i exported to a .dts?

yes i got milkshape finaly
ok i made a gun i put in the joints like the toutorial i read said to but it dosent mount me...
i get it in my inventory but it wont mount my players hand...
yes i have mountPoint and muzzlePoint...
i have materials set to it it just wont show...

plz help im new to milkshape.

i need help to deside witch program to use so i desided to ask...

i havent used Milkshape becuse it cost $20
and my Blender see below
should i stick with with Blender or get Milkshape

but Blender is free...
and im kinda geting anoyed with this idk how to do anything there are to many butons :/
my addons dont work ingame and my vehicles crash me...
so should i get Milkshape?

Well i was looking at addons i realized that there are a few addons that are always up at the top
so why isn't there a top 10 addon section? so that the same topics don't have to get bumped over and over.
there could be a voting on the addon so people can vote to have it up there.
some people might think its stupid but i think it would be cool :D

I'm getting sick of this problem my vehicles crash me when i spawn them and my weapons ether are out of the hand or are transparent and big :/
and sometimes my weapons don't even show in my weapon spawing box :/
and I'm kinda getting annoyed
my models have improved alot over the past week and i would like to start making them work in BL

plz help me...

also how do you get costom wheels to work

Do you need a muzzlepoint when you make melee weapons? like the sword or does it do the damage a different way.
(i use blender)
