My question is why you don't want people hosting other servers.
I just want to make a private one for me and my friend.
It's not like I'd try to take the players from your server.

host a public server with the software i sent and make me a host too. you know how to make people host's right?

Could you send me the software as well?
I was thinking of making a server so my friend can learn the ropes.

i got the good software the ones they use on gibbed but i just need to port forward

Also, I was preforming a surgery to turn someone into a cyborg, when I was beat with a fire extinguisher until unconscious, the stuffed down the garbage disposal. I managed to come to at just the right time, and limped my way to the emergency shuttle.

Was playing a server, the best thing happened.

I was trying to break into a room, and the Head of Security caught me. Was knocked unconscious and dragged to the brig were I was held. Turns out, there was a disease on board, and of course I was bound to the bed, stripped of my backpack, so I caught it. Eventually, the traitor floods the ship with toxins, and my room, inevitably, gets flooded. I could not get my internals, or rather, the oxygen tank from my backpack. Eventually, a guy by the name of Maximillian comes into the brig to attempt to save me, after he confirmed via radio I was still alive. Breaking the reinforced glass, he breaks into the brig to save me, and then a fire breaks out. He escapes, saying he'll come back. When the fire passes, he does return. At this point, after the toxins going into my lungs and the fire, I was slipping in and out of consciousness. Then, he does too. So, rescue failed, and I try to get the AI to mercy kill us, but due to the laws, it cannot. Eventually, the round restarted.

tl;dr: Worst rescue attempt ever.

all of your security systems, guise, are totally loving useless when compared to a patrolling guardsman.

How many? There is the slight chance they would not be in the correct area and see the attackers.
If I were a looter trying to get into a base, I would dig down a bit, cover up my hole, and dig underneath the walls. No matter how deep the walls go, you couldn't cover every single spot.

In between Minecraft and hanging out with my friends.

But on topic; I'd suggest Morrowind. Quite fun.
