I re-did the steps you provided and now everything was back to normal. I'd save up for a desktop but I don't like the idea that someone could sneak up behind me watch me do stupid stuff on Gmod. How much would an extra 6 gig of ram cost by the way?

Like 1/3 of the people that were out last year were out this year. I didn't go because everyone I knew was busy so I spent the night riding my minibike around the school parking lot and scaring people by jumping from the van with this old mask.

On the upside one of my Friends gave me a huge bag of warheads. They hurt so good.

Nonono, that's good. That means your old drivers are gone. Now you install the new ones.

That's the problem they're already there. System Restore ran and it's like it was when I posted but at this point I'm giving up.

Oh god this is bad. Now my resolution is 1600x1200 and the display is very laggy and its Limited to Windows 7 Basic. If system restore doesn't work I'm kinda forgeted.

Well everything seems mostly fixed. I can play more games now, but Recording is still slow and GTA IV is slow too. I might look into it tomorrow or this weekend. I hope Saints Row 3 runs well because I pre-ordered a month ago.

Thanks for the help, I would have died of bordem or something.

I uninstalled all my drivers and couldn't get the Driver Sweeper since it was discontinued. Didn't find anything with ATI's token in assembly so I installed the drivers you linked. It still lags but its not a big deal to me at this point, I can still play a decent amount of games. Thanks anyways.

Can't shake the feeling that I'm gonna do something stupid and mess up. Goddamn this is taking quite a long time to uninstall.
