A really REALLY bad choice is to make a Reshade shader for it, the issue with this is it would be client-side only and laggy as hell.

But if you really want it, a good area to start with is coloring everybody a specific color (like red) and enable the Sin City shader (I have no reference to the specific shader pack) for this will make every other color except for red have very low contrast.

Don't blame me if this doesn't work, it's a theory and a really bad one at that.

Holy spam
This looks neat, and it pulls off the design well.
But still, waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too many 1x1f's.
Yeah, I just needed a base to work off of, but for the roof I did if for a tiled look.
But otherwise yeah, I didn't think I could pull it off AT ALL, so I'm proud of myself for bringing this thing into the world (lolwut?)

As for the runway-less, no vehicle version, I'll release one soon. Thanks for suggesting.
However, Mr.Blocko Foxscotch is right: the runway is very easy to delete with destructo-wand.
I forgot to say it's 14 000 bricks.
That is true but it may not look correct without certain parts, so if I were to just go delete things, than it could look really bare.
