Would someone explain to me why they hate Black Ops so much?

The only problem I can find is that it is WAY overpriced.

besides the community and fanbase and lots of people that play it developing some kind of pretentious attitude over other games?

it has like, 1 hour of story maybe
then everyone's like OGM IM PRO AT GAEM I PLAY ONLIN
most of the game's "omg this so good game" revolve around the game's typical FPS team death match online mode
