still banned for like no reason and col burton keeps contradicting himself. first I was banned for harassment and threatening, when he couldn't provide any evidence of either the ban reason turned to "knocking an innocent unconscious multiple times". however eddiek203 was trying to kill me and it was self defence, plus he pretty much self confirmed he was trolling and continues to. now all the staff are agreeing the first time punishment for freekilling is 3 days, even though i'm still banned for 10 days and it wasn't freekilling, it was knocking him unconscious - he never died.

also cavik's ban is a result of freekilling eddiek203, hmph, ringing any bells yet? is it just possible this known troll got yet another player banned?
seriously col. burton, it's time to stop making decisions buddy.

except i'm the one providing screenshots of what i'm stating, meanwhile all the proof against me is inaccessible for whatever reason is convenient to you. also you do realize you're being trolled by eddie right?

The only way i provoked L was by going in his room and saying that there is a party going on to everyone in the game.

you were given multiple warnings to leave my room, then you hit me with a wrench and tried to kill me. then i knocked you out and locked you in my room to prevent you from murdering more people.

there is no /damagelog or /whois for past rounds.

might of been a good idea to screenshot them...

I can completely understand what he meant by here, it totally looked like you guys were ganging up on him. This 'harassment' bullstuff is exactly the sort of thing I'd see coming out of the mouths of a stuffty admin.

If you didn't want to deal with sass back from your players, treat them with the respect you want to be treated with.

From what it looks like, {L} is a pain in the ass to deal with but I don't think he's purposely attempting to ruin other people's rounds on purpose. If what he says is true and he was provoked into attacking and ended up retaliating against an innocent, then I don't think what he did should be classified as rdming.

Actually, from what it looks like, you admins pretty much spoiled it for {L} by telling him the person he is attacking is innocent. Seriously, deal with this stuff after rounds. It doesn't matter if he's knocking out an inno, you just gave him information he had no way of getting in-round.

basically all of this is correct and you get the point Ike. even though I've already proven I wasn't disrespectful, if you don't want players to act as such, then don't treat them as such.

also Col, you said that Jack bans players for freekilling for seven days. lets pretend that I did repeatedly knock out an innocent person, why have you banned me for 10 days for that. you're far too excessive in your bans and really shouldn't be an admin.

from now on, I'm recording with OBS on all the time whenever I'm on this server, this stuff is happening too often and to too many players as well.

That's not threatening at all, Col. That's acknowledging the fact that after Navar acted the way he did last time, Jack surely must be keeping an eye on him to make sure he doesn't abuse he position again. Seriously I think you need to Google these words, because you're acting very extreme, I get banned for 10 days for being RDMed by eddie?

If you think the ban isn't for harassment and threatening, then I can gladly change it to "Continuously knocking an innocent out and locking them in your room" instead.

1. None of that includes harassment or threatening, I think you need to Google what those words mean.
2. I knocked out and locked eddiek203 in my room because he tried to kill me with a wrench and was thought to be killer. If he wasn't killer then it was attempted RDM.

So I was banned yet again, this time by Col. Burton, even though Navar was on. Jack, at this point it seems that every single one of your staff apart from Skill4Life and Trifornt shouldn't really be staff. I get at this point it's literally 3v1, but I seem to be the only one actually providing any proof here. It's kind of baffling if anything.




This is literally what happened before I was banned. Col. Burton, can you provide screenshots of this harassment and threatening coming from me? I'm posting this right after this happened, just Page Up and take a screenshot of something harassing or threatening I have said.

EDIT: So Col. Burton said he was gonna reply with some evidence screenshots, still waiting though...

you blatantly cherrypicked replies from my admins on the second and third screenshot.
Trifornt is kind of blunt in his way of administrating but I see no concievable way that it went from an apologetic first screenshot PM by two of my admins and went into the confrontation/lying accusation territory without you saying anything inbetween.
Please provide me with full report/PM logs if you want me to take you seriously.

Not really cherrypicking, I took screenshots of when Nevar and Greywolf were acting like this, I - nor anyone else provoked them. Trifornt may be blunt but he is a good admin, he was probably just as confused as everyone else was when this went down.

I obviously don't have any chatlogs (what?), if Nevar and Greywolf would like to give evidence that I provoked them, they're free to do so. Doesn't your server have chatlogs though? Why don't you just check those?
