My user blocker doesn't support pm's because pm blocking is already built in to the forum.
If you still want it you can get it here
While I agree that blocking people may not always be the mature solution (I don't even use it), sometimes people go beyond just expressing their opinions like Tenshi.

i mean blocking opinions just because you don't like what you're hearing is pretty close-minded
you can also block people in pm directly through the settings
