if you google ios emulator or virtual machine there's a bunch of results but they all look sketchy asf. such things exist for android but that's open source so it's easy and legal.

Even if you survive that, we would enter a somewhat "nuclear winter" where the ask covers the sun. This is also how the dino's died. We would have about 3 weeks notice before it blows up so you could high tail it out and go far away but the traffic will be bad.

technologically speaking gta iv was ahead of gta v https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GWVtZJo-HqI
but gta v is still an overall better game gameplay wise.
EDIT: actually no i take this back. i remember the fine attention to detail rockstar gave gta v like wet clothes, cars running out of gas, and the kind-of parkour system, etc, but the euphoria ragdoll physics were a huge aspect of gta iv that i wish wasn't reduced in gta v.
