I do that with annoying scouts who cannot aim and are just pesks that fly around and poke you for 1 health with that one stray bullet.
I sometimes just stop and say "No." and blast a few rockets at them.

When I was 8 or so I was choking on a piece of candy. Lost consciousness and that would've been it for me if my grandma didn't happen to walk in and find me.
When I was ~12 I was sick and given lots of Tylenol. Turns out I have a liver defect that reacts very badly to Tylenol. I had extreme stomach pains so we went to the hospital. Turned out to be my liver in distress. I was hospitalized for a few days and had to get my blood drawn once every two weeks until I was 15. Since then I've had no tylenol and had zero issues so I finally got to stop that routine procedure.
Then I got appendicitis earlier this year which took me like a week to finally go in for. It was on the edge of bursting so that would've been fatal if left untreated.

edit: also whenever someone gets a ridiculously good kill i say 'nice shot'
yeah I say thanks whenever I pick up a healthkit or kill someone. I think I tend to say thanks more after a kill when using a strange cause it increases the number.
Also when deploying uber as a medic I just repeatedly scream Help!
there's no sorry command and it really bothers me

Which is exactly why I focus most of my shots to the medic in a group. Dead medic = no push.
