as for hodot. It sucks what steve did. Hes an starfish for doing it, hell I was banned from his chat box before I had even downloaded the script. He either made it just to ban people and make em mad, or hes just that much of an starfish.

"Testing his character" my ass. You didn't like the fact that he had an opinion about a certain demographic of people so you banned him. Its painfully obvious your using the "hurr durr jokes on you I was only pretending" method of damage control.
And hey, I may be completely wrong but even then you didn't tell him about what he was doing wrong, you just demoted him. You MAYBE should have tried to correct him instead of must demoting him without any explanation why.

You admitted you used it as an opportunity to demote him.
The point still stands that you demoted him out the freaking blue without giving him a chance to correct what he was doing wrong.

you don't demote him at all, or you lecture him and finish it as "i really have to decide what i'm going to do with you from here." and decide on the spot. you're either firing him or you're giving him a warning.
You could've lectured him before demoting him and decide on keeping his possession rather than demotion and then lecture

so if im reading this right, you used him not liking anime as a reason to demote him to teach him a lesson? As i said a simple "hey you're kinda being a rooster" would be a good way to fix it, and if you're going to demote him it should be for him being a rooster. atleast wait out until the scenario where he's being a rooster.
i've been in that chat for the entirety of hodot's moderation, he has done nothing that would cause demotion besides express a distaste for a certain thing.
i love how you didn't even include the rest of the loving chat.
