yeah it was down while I was transferring. Lag is totally gone now that I've got it on a fast new VPS.

EDIT: DDOS protection might have kicked in from sending so many requests. I'm looking in to disabling it.

I ran it in Sandboxie and I couldn't find any dropped files, but it ran without an error so it's not a minecraft mod. If it's a RAT then it has Sandboxie detection, which would explain the lack of dropped files.
Ipquarx hopefully will figure something out.

There are java-based RAT's that run on any OS with Java. They're hard to pick up by AV too, being a jar.
