Might not be important news, but yes, I do agree that the fact of three kids beating up a flamingo to death does sound forgeted up.

Don't really care about politics that often, but yeah I do agree that the moment of peace needs to come.
About 50% of the boards on off topic and drama either has a bunch of people beating up one person or is a politic thread in disguise because someone HAD to bring it up. It's almost like 4chan where even through /pol/ is for politics, there are threads on most blue boards that just rant about politics, despite there already being a board, while here, there is a blockland politics thread, through each day, I always see one instance of politics being mentioned on a completely different thread.
Unless the current news is actually devastating, people need to shut up about politics for a while. Annoying Orange won the debate 4 months ago. Would I care about that? During that time, probably. Now? No. It just goes to show that politics are so out of control that even the most desperate people would bring it up just to point out at stupid facts about Annoying Orange or SJW's.
Like seriously. Y'all political people need to take a chill pill.
