Help / Can't turn on player lights

I know by default its to turn on its R and yes my controls is all on default but I dont know what I did that I'm not being able to turn on the player lights.

I see this http://forum.blockland.us/index.php?action=dlattach;topic=255989.0;attach=229273 when i'm looking at add-ons and only thing i see is authors replys and yes i did checked that its a add-on topic..

Ever Since I go to the add-ons and click on a add-on item it just shows me the "re's" but not the add-on item and description
For ex:When I on heat mod it doesn't show me the item or item's desc,only shows me a topic of a re? someone tell me what's the problem?! D:
