If you're able to cook an egg on it, call the fire department.

Isn't it true they used PC gameplay when they said they were using PS4 gameplay?Unless you're in the flesh and actually see the console, automatically assume it's a PC running a GTX 760 or better. No idea on the other specs, I just remember that loving green glow coming from the custom cases.
Hope i didn't annoy you or anything by saying what i did, but thanks for the explanation, that clears up a lot.Absolutely not, this isn't Tumblr after all :P
Seriously this, because as I recall seeing, there's nothing I noticed that could have been cut.Entire missions (we're talking 5-15 hours of content), vehicles, weapons, sections of the map and some gameplay mechanics (not critical to the core gameplay experience) I'm not allowed to discuss (NDA).
It was my response to those questioning that in this topic, which is also, by pure coincidence, the topic title.People working at Ubi Kiev and Montreal. Although I can't back it up, they also let me know about AC: Unity and the state of The Crew long before I saw for myself, so I have a high amount of trust for them.
You make valid points, though i wonder where you got the first part of the information.
My main concerns about your validity is your age and location making me sincerely doubt that you would have much information about it.Australia has its own PR events. Stuff like PAX Aus, Supanova, EB Expo and more. Granted, not as large, but we're still a pretty large market that any major publisher would want to dominate. As far as age, there were PR agents about 15yo to 50yos. As far as Ubisoft PR is concerned, they just want a broad range to try and connect to as many age groups as possible.
So really, i am not sure, but anyway, making games is cutting in features in the end. That's a whole debate I won't get into, but my main argument is that it doesn't, and shouldn't, have to be that way, at least if the problem is time constraints. If an idea is badly executed, it's probably better cut, but I still hold the opinion companies should try push for as much time as they need to build the best game possible.
Not all features they think of will always make the game in the end.
Especially not if there is a strict deadline.
But so far, it still seems like a good game for me and therefor i am still waiting anxiously for the release (and the reviews).I completely understand your position and I too wish and hope that what I saw and heard is all false, or Ubisoft grabbed the reigns and dramatically changed their stance. Watch_Dogs is one of the coolest AAA titles I know coming out this year, so it's a massive shame to hear about the problems it has face.
Thanks for your input anyway.
I am still very interested in Watch Dogs and won't let this 'unexpected' drop in graphical quality in trailers stop me from being interested. You're making the assumption that graphics are the only problem.
It's also good to see other people becoming known and interested with/in this game.
Wait whatAs far as I understand, the updates are only going to a specific section of the UK Government. That's it.
So these updates won't come to the US?
Game testing
yes I know such a good idea
I'm a lazy butt anyways so hey free money for doing the one thing I enjoy.
Considering how smart you are, I'd say you can do it.<3 Thanks. Means a lot. I'm sure you've got it in you as well. Just make sure to do some research on what all the other developers are saying.
AAA level doesn't mean great games. It means lods of emone. Being smart doesn't automatically give you lods of emone.Government Programs, independent investors, loans and savings and a hell of a lot of sources can provide the kind of cash you need to start making quality games, and the profits you from that should eventually turn it enough to finance a big AAA title.
You don't have to be very clever to make a game like flap bird and make lods of emone with it for no reason.Actually, in some respect you do. Aside from making the assets, coding it, marketing it, dealing with licensing and the storefront you want to sell it, actually making the game fun in the first place is a whole line of study. Regardless of whether the guy who made Fappy Bucks studied it at all or not, he sure as hell did enough research and knew what he was doing to make an experience that was fun for a long amount of time (I know people still playing it today).
