Programs running with 0% CPU usage is normal if you tab out and sometimes during operation (if the program is idling). This doesn't sound like an issue with viruses or Windows 10 (fun fact: people greatly exaggerate the non-existent issues of Windows 10). Looks like a GPU driver problem, since this is affecting applications that depend on the GPU more (paint.sai seems to be using software rendering via the CPU).

I recommend you follow this Reddit tutorial on how to cleanly reinstall your NVIDIA drivers. I know it sounds like a right pain the arse, but it shouldn't take any more than 30 minutes. I also had to reinstall my graphics card drivers when a number of my programs inexplicably crashed without reason or warning, which is a result of the NVIDIA drivers not correctly updating when you upgrade to Windows 10.

Do let us know if it worked or not; I could be completely wrong but I would like to help you get this stuff fixed ASAP.

When I translated it above, I assumed he meant that he didn't want to hurt his girlfriend's feelings again by putting her in that kind of position, because that's probably what he's feeling most bad about.

And more to the point, how did any of this make your girlfriend want to break up with you?

From the way OP speaks and his previous posts, it's pretty clear he's young. This is probably a 13yo boy (since it's become all the rage these days for young kids to get into relationships early) and his partner got angry because she got in trouble. If one of my friends dobbed me in when I was young, I'd be loving pissed too.

Allow me to translate from mentally challenged:

I recently got my "girlfriend" into trouble via my school's Principal, as I directly called her out for hitting my friend. We were originally playing a game that involved tickling him, but both my "girlfriend" and another girl ramped it up and eventually started physically assaulting this poor boy. The boy likely told a teacher, and the Principal eventually called us all up; at first I thought I would be in deep stuff, but after I explained the situation and dobbed my "girlfriend" in, the Principal agreed that tickling somebody is not a problem, but that bullying them is.

I feel really bad for getting my "girlfriend" into this situation. I should have been a better "boyfriend" and kept a tight lip, but now she's in Principal's custody likely being prison gang-raped by some Year 6 student.

Another fun fact: These franchises were designed exclusively for kids and sell really well. Kids love them. LEGO succeeds.

So? Just because something sells a lot of copies doesn't mean it's golden and perfect. I'm allowed to criticise the quality of the shows all I want, and you'd probably too if you saw an episode.

And besides, IIRC from LEGO's last earnings report, neither Ninjago nor Chima were doing that well.

Fun Fact: Ninjago is one of LEGO's worst franchises. The TV show is abysmally bad. The only thing worse than it would be Chima.
