random "noise" throughout the universe causes certain variables to be a certain way, which is why if you raised two identical people in identical situations, they would be the same with minor discrepancies.

what you see and are around as you grow up also plays a much greater role on what your special interestes are.

but i have a zombie snail special interest
i dont see anything in my life that causes this
i also hate zombies like its the kind of fear children have of monsters at night except i think a zombie is going to run to me from around a corner or break down my door (tmi ik)
i also dont have any fondness for snails

so i think youre wrong to an extent
