In the game industry that's far harder to pull off, since it's a practical thing that produces actual definite things rather than pharmaceuticals which churns out more ideas/works in progress than actual products.

I am interested in the producing side, creating the ideas behind the game, and managing the people working on the game.You can't just jump into management, that's not how the world works. You have to do productive work before doing anything else.
