Nope, sorry, no idea what this is but no way I can take it seriously with that "BWAAA" in the background and the obnoxious echo.

there's an ironic twist in the fact that in order to seem more factual, people make their videos more dramatic and theatrical with the grayscale and the scary music in the background.
