The film mocks capitalism with a main antagonist named "President Business" who is a rich guy; the movie apparently portrays the fact that he is rich a factor in his being evil. Another piece of liberal, pro-socialist hollywood propaganda it seems: portray financial success as an evil (though where the hollywood lunatics get their idea of good/evil is questionable). hope i'm proven wrong about this when I see it in theaters, but I doubt it. its quite hypocritical too that they use the film to attack "big business" when they themselves make millions upon millions of dollars off this.

of course though i cant deny that "absolute power corrupts absolutely", when it comes to human beings, or in this case, lego people too. look no farther than the guilded age with that jerk rockefeller to know what im talking about.
