Sounds like a good idea, but Blockland doesn't properly support a green screen effect.

- Federation scientists are currently in the process of creating an artificial satellite that will be created to monitor seismic activity around the globe using feedback from high-frequency radio salvos from around Hera. For the government, this is a controversial issue, due to the fact that approval from foreign countries will be required and relations are very tense at this time.
- The Government Council has enacted a new law, banning petroleum usage and requiring all vehicles, military and civilian, to run on alternative energy sources. This comes after concerns that large-scale pollution of the island via exhaust from older vehicles could possibly cause the air to become toxic and require purifying. From here on, all civilian cars, trucks, and scooters will have to run on a vegetable oil substitute. This substitute has been found to be cleaner for the environment and be beneficial to the lifelong "health" of the vehicle. However, citizens are criticizing the decision.
"Our whole economy relies on petrol! Our plastics, our chemicals! Now the Council is giving it up for vegetable oil? Such a notion is absurd and would alter the whole economic standpoint, causing petrol drillers to lose their livelihoods, as well as oil refiners. Not to mention the gas companies!" says a concerned citizen after asking his opinion of the new enactment.
