The thing is I have absolutely no money for a PC. Apparently, my dad's friend was playing a game on max on the Mac that he might get me. I forget what game it is, but I know it's a quite a graphical demanding one.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with Macs. They have their pros and cons and so do PCs. They're both computers and it's all that matters.

Hell, if I had the money, I'd buy the PC, but my dad likes the Mac and he'll allow me to use it if it works out for gaming. If not, hell, I'll still use it. There's nothing really wrong with them.

Macs can be used for gaming. You need the right hardware, is all.

Apparently, my dad's friend is selling one. Recently, I've been looking for a new laptop and I'm willing to settle on a Mac.

The basic specs are:
Processor: Intel-based, model unknown.
RAM: 4GB
HD: 250GB
Screen size: 17"
Laptop width: 18-19"

A Half-Life movie? Impossible, right?

Well, nope. Two brothers in Canada made this short film based on the Half-Life universe. Apparently it was made using live-action and Source SDK in collaboration with Valve. The live action parts I believe were filmed in Seattle.

I just watched this last night, and it is awesome. It's very well made, and I wasn't sure if anybody heard of it. Go ahead and watch it, it's very well made. A Part 2 is in production, I expect it'll be much longer too.

On 9/11, my mom's friend's bro was in the towers when the planes hit. Apparently, he was on one of the lower floors so he got out.

Also, one of my classmate's uncles was supposed to go into the tower that day but decided not to and walked away. About half an hour later the first tower got hit.
