I feel as if making it brick based would make it more stable.
I know what you're talking about and it always somewhat bothered me to see it in action, it was always difficult to try and get certain items without picking up the rest.
I guess it would help if I typed out my entire idea for the server and all the stuff I need but I fear it'd look really overwhelming and drive everyone away lol

Basically I'm developing an RP server that's gonna have a big build and is based around exploration.
To accomplish this I need a new mechanic that allows players to drop items in safe spots and come back to pick them up again later. What I was hoping for is that when a player drops an item via ctrl-w, when the item hits the ground it creates an invisible 1x1 plate there that has the dropped item set, and when the player picks this item back up, the brick disappears along with the item.
That way we can be able to drop items without them disappearing soon after and it can be used in conjunction with the 'click to pick up' add-on.

Did the entire CNPP battle without saving because a stack trace kept crashing the game when I tried to save. Eventually I just gunned it straight through without shooting anyone but the dudes at the entrance.
Then I realized I forgot about the pripyat stash.
Why.

this weird, avant garde thing where it's just jeb and notch sitting on the floor of this really bright, sterile looking white room with no windows or doors, and jeb is wearing an upside-down goofy mask, and every 16 minutes notch will utter out an expletive and jeb will yip like a coyote, and it goes on for 5 hours.
it's about the game, not how it's developed

I think it should be registered but only accessible to law enforcement for judicial purposes.
The label 'love offender' is a very, very broad term that encompass many crimes. You can get 'aggravated child sodomy' on the registry for receiving a lewinsky from your girlfriend or something iirc. problem is, nobody who reads that charge in a job interview wants to hear the explanation behind it.
i wish people were more educated about this stuff. when someone hears the word 'love offender' they automatically assume they're a child rapist which in most cases is very very inaccurate.
