Modification Help / 1x4x4 Brick Print's Image Size

There are no default prints (except the letters which are from looking at them just stretched out for the 1x4x4 brick)for the 1x4x4 brick with which to figure out what the image size for it is.

What is it?

EDIT: I meant 1x4x4 not 1x1x4

Okay, so I recently got this weird feeling. Everytime something unexpected or scary happens (usually things that aren't that scary) I like have a small seizure, my head and sometimes arms get this tingly feeling and I can barely move. It just started a couple minutes ago as I was watching Stargate. What could this be?

Can't jump while crouching and moving at the same time or can't move while crouch jumping. It just started out of random. I suspect my new keyboard but I'm not sure. What could it be?
