I have made a fairly decent server that I would like to tell you about. It's a CityBuild, no not a CityRP, but a CityBuild. For now it has nothing but this in the center:

But I would like to expand it more. I don't get much visitors on my server and I have made a hypothesis about it. Hypothesis:
No Players = No more players
Except for TDMs.
Here on my server I guarantee a pleasant stay and partially guarantee goodmins. I say "partially" because you can never be sure what a person may do especially with power. Any admins misbehaving or whatever will be deadmined. I also hope to turn the whole CityBuild (if anyone decides to build on it) into an RP using RP Core once RP Crime comes out.
Simple Rules

• 64x64 Rule Enforced (TerrainBuildRules)
• Do not build lower than a 64x cube
• You CAN build higher than a 64x cube if it slowly rises up, not steeply
• No idiocy

This server should hopefully be up 24/7.
